Our mission is to promote awareness of the value of Indigenous Knowledge and support its preservation. We aim to share and promote Indigenous Knowledge, engaging in supporting activities such as storytelling and digital inclusion training with the communities we work with. We work towards the preservation of Indigenous Knowledge, culture, and languages, following appropriate and decolonial methods, in order for Indigenous worldviews and methods to become mainstream globally.
Indigenous Peoples are the defenders of our planet.
Indigenous peoples account for less than 10% of the global population yet safeguard 80% of the world’s biodiversity using traditional knowledge and methods. We must listen to Indigenous Peoples in order to learn how to manage our resources with knowledge and practices that have stood the test of time.
Indigenous Peoples’ cultural survival is increasingly at risk. They still suffer discrimination and the impacts of colonial legacies, as well as being disproportionately affected by climate change, pollution, and other anthropogenic activities. We are committed to documenting, preserving and revitalising Indigenous Knowledge and supporting Indigenous communities through a multi-faceted approach.
Preserving & Promoting Indigenous Wisdom.
Our patented AI technology plays a vital role in speeding up the documentation of Indigenous Wisdom, ensuring it is not lost. We will collaborate with and provide support to groups and organisations working in this field, to support existing efforts in preserving Indigenous Knowledge, culture and languages. Our aim is to add value wherever we can.
